Secret and Clues
The dragon’s graveyard is a common place where dragons of the underworld die. Their bodies grow and twist into strange shapes. Two such places are the Dread Roots and the Field of Life’s Roses.
A cult of dragon worshipping elves worship and serve the dragons here. They do not take kindly to strangers.
A colossal dragon named Kingdom’s Bane died here. It did not die peacefully. It was half-submerged into the rock by the combined magic of three archmages who died during the process. His twisted heart still beats in the rock below.
Skyvein has lived for hundreds of years and over a thousand years dead. He’s quite formidable, weaving necromatic magic with his former powers as a blue dragon.
A pit exists in the center of the graveyard into which the Cult of the Dragons Below throw sacrifices. It’s said the pit leads to a layer of hell ruled over by malevolent dragons and their devilish servants.
A dark nymph named Vespera the Blood Nymph, called a Blood Nymph, lives in the field of Life’s Roses. She loves to drink the blood from those who get sliced up among the metallic plants. She’s vampiric. Her song calls many mortals to their deaths.
The best way to reach Vandekul is by boat across the Sulphur Sea. There’s a ghoul outpost known as Blackflesh where ghoul pirates and merchants gather. It’s tricky but one way or another a ship might be acquired there to travel across the Sulphur Sea.
There’s a horde of treasure guarded by a powerful elemental on an island called Chandalier Island. A special substance called Ghoulbane Oil flows from the stalactites there and could be a good weapon against their foes.
